১. ক্লিনিক্যাল নির্দেশনা ও কার্যকারিতা (Official Clinical Indications):
This homeopathic remedy is formulated to provide relief for pleuritis (inflammation of the pleura), intercostal neuralgia, and inflammation of serous membranes that cause sharp, stinging pain. It is beneficial for conditions such as appendicitis, ovaritis, peritonitis, pericarditis, acute arthritis, and polyarthritis. This formulation helps alleviate chest pain, respiratory discomfort, and inflammation-related pain in the thoracic region.
২. ফর্মুলেশন ও কম্পোজিশন (Formulation / Composition):
Each 20ml contains:
- Acidum phosphoricum D6 — 0.15ml
- Baptisia tinctoria D6 — 0.15ml
- Matricaria recutita D4 — 0.30ml
- Chininum arsenicosum D6 — 0.30ml
- Citrollus colocynthis D6 — 0.30ml
- Rhus toxicodendron D6 — 0.30ml
- Veratrum album D6 — 0.50ml
৩. উপাদানসমূহের পৃথক কার্যপ্রণালী (How Main Ingredients Work / Mode of Action):
- Apis Mellifica: Reduces inflammation and fluid retention in serous membranes, helping to relieve stinging pains in conditions such as pleuritis and peritonitis.
- Cimicifuga: Targets pleurodynia (chest pain affecting the pleura), particularly on the right side, and is especially effective for nervous women prone to rheumatic conditions.
- Colocynthis: Acts on the nervous system, making it beneficial for pleurisy and related nerve pain.
- Kalium Carbonicum: Provides relief from pleuritic chest pain (stitches in the chest) that worsens in the afternoon and is unrelated to movement. Useful in pneumonia with heavy mucus production and pleurisy with effusion.
- Natrium Sulfuricum: A primary remedy for pain that worsens in damp weather, especially around the 9th and 10th ribs on the left side. Helps relieve chronic chest catarrh.
- Ranunculus Bulbosus: Supports intercostal rheumatism, alleviating sharp chest pains that intensify with breathing, pressure, or temperature changes. Also useful in cases of breathlessness due to pleuritic pain.
সেবনবিধি ও মাত্রা (Dosage & Administration):
অফিসিয়াল সেবনবিধি: For acute symptoms: Take 10-15 drops in water, 4-6 times daily before meals. As symptoms improve: Reduce dosage to 10 drops, 3 times daily, and continue treatment for an extended period to ensure full recovery.

অতিরিক্ত চিকিৎসাগত পরামর্শ (Additional Recommendations):
If symptoms follow influenza, add N-6 drops (2-3 times daily). For symptoms after quinsy (severe throat infection), take N-1 drops (10-15 drops once or twice daily). For bronchitis or whooping cough, compare with N-9 drops or N-8 syrup. For chronic bronchial catarrh, consider N-48 drops. For chronic tubercular bronchitis, use N-57 drops. For ovaritis (ovary inflammation), alternate with N-1 drops and consider N-38 or N-39 drops. For acute appendicitis (before surgery is required), alternate N-24 with N-38 drops (10-15 drops of each every 1-2 hours). For recurring chronic appendicitis, take 10-15 drops of N-1, N-24, and N-38 drops once daily.
