General Homeopathic Dosage Guidelines

Dilutions (30C, 200C, 1M): Take 3–5 drops in half a cup of normal water, 2–3 times daily or as prescribed by your homeopathic physician.
Mother Tinctures (Q): Take 10–15 drops in half a glass of lukewarm water, twice daily after meals.
Bio-chemic Tablets: Dissolve 4 tablets directly under the tongue 3 times a day for adults (2 tablets for children).

⚠️ Note: Always maintain a 15–20 minute gap before and after taking homeopathic remedies. Avoid raw onion, garlic, tobacco, and strong camphor/coffee while taking remedies.
