১. ক্লিনিক্যাল নির্দেশনা ও কার্যকারিতা (Official Clinical Indications):
Designed to support heart function in mild to moderate insufficiencies, particularly in cases with fluid retention (edema). It strengthens the heart muscle in valvular heart conditions, post-infectious myocardial weakness, and myocardial degeneration. Also beneficial for coronary insufficiencies, cardiac infarction, functional irregularities, myocarditis, endocarditis, and low blood pressure (hypotonia).

Each 20ml contains:
- Aesculus Hippocastanum D2 — 0.4ml
- Collinsonia canadensis D4 — 0.4ml
- Graphites D10 — 0.1ml
- Hamamelis virginiana D3 — 0.1ml
- Kali carbonicum D10 — 0.15ml
- Lycopodium D5 — 0.2ml
- Nux vomica D6 — 0.2ml
- Paeonia officinalis D3 — 0.2ml
- Sulphur D8 — 0.15ml
- Acidum nitricum D6 — 0.1ml
৩. উপাদানসমূহের পৃথক কার্যপ্রণালী (How Main Ingredients Work / Mode of Action):
- This formulation enhances heart muscle strength through the following key components: Cactus: Relieves chest tightness and angina-like symptoms, helps regulate strong pulse and breathing difficulties.
- Crataegus: Supports heart muscle function, especially in degenerative heart conditions and weakness following infections. Helps with painful spasms, low blood pressure, and irregular heart function.
- Digitalis: Strengthens the heart in cases of cardiac dilation and failure.
- Kalium Carbonicum: Aids in heart and circulatory weakness, particularly in myocarditis. Also helps alleviate sharp cardiac pain.
- Kalmia: Eases heart discomfort radiating to the left arm, improves breathing in chronic heart weakness, and supports recovery in myocarditis and endocarditis linked to rheumatic conditions.
- Phosphorus: Addresses heart palpitations, especially when lying on the left side, and helps with blood congestion in the chest, shortness of breath, and general nervous exhaustion.
- Scilla: Supports cardiovascular function in cases of arrhythmia and decompensation issues.
- Spigelia: Regulates abnormal, intense heartbeats and helps manage endocarditis-related symptoms.

সেবনবিধি ও মাত্রা (Dosage & Administration):
অফিসিয়াল সেবনবিধি: Take 10-30 drops in water, three times daily, adjusting based on heart weakness severity. Initially, for severe cases, take 4-6 times daily for better results. If fluid retention (hydropsy) is significant, take the drops undiluted for faster absorption. Noticeable improvement should occur within a few days. If not, increase the dose and gradually reduce it after improvement to 20 drops, three times daily. Even after symptoms disappear, continue taking 10-15 drops, 2-3 times daily, for extended support. In acute heart weakness, take 10-20 drops every 15-30 minutes as needed. No risk of overdose.

For cardiac neurosis and angina pectoris, combine with N2 Gold Drops. In cases of myocarditis and endocarditis, supplement with N22. For decompensated heart conditions, use N58. In myocardial infarction, alternate N67 and N2, followed by N3 for recovery. To manage irregular heartbeat, take N66. For cardiac neurosis, add N22 to the treatment plan.
